Ethiopian Communications Authority (ECA), announced a public stakeholder's consultation on draft directives prepared by the Authority. The three directives that are public for consultation this time are (a) Telecommunications Licensing Directive, (b) Consumers Rights and Protection Directive, and (c) Dispute Resolution Directive. According to ECA, there are also some more additional directives to be announced. Contributions from stakeholders on each directive is encouraged and the official consultation will be carried out from April 28, 2020 until May 11, 2020.
