Most of the Antivirus products use the same technology for locating and removing viruses. It is recommended to look for a product that is built to remove Viruses, Malware, Adware and Ransomware. There are paid and free Antivirus products and it is up to the user to select. If you have some resources and access to pay for the Antivirus products, it is far better to use paid ones.
